Squash is a fun sport played in pairs. There’s no need to worry about the game being difficult when you first come – you’ll pick up the basics in no time and can be playing in as little as 15 minutes.

We offer various training opportunities tailored to each player’s goals and level. Our coaches are always ready to provide personal guidance and advice. Come for personal training, group sessions, or play with friends to enjoy an active lifestyle through squash.

For children

Do you dream of an athletic career and wish to reach the top of international professional sports? Do you want to start squash as early as possible or simply develop a healthy lifestyle? Our training sessions will help you achieve your goals. We offer several opportunities for children and young people to support you on this journey from an early age!

For adults

Do you enjoy an active lifestyle and want to exercise regularly? Or are you interested in improving your squash skills? With us, you can choose between solo play, personal training, or group sessions – whichever option best fits your schedule and goals!

We love organizing events and there’s always something exciting happening! If you don’t want to limit yourself to just regular training sessions, it’s definitely worth checking our calendar – we have various events to suit every taste!

Our club also offers the opportunity to organize a private and memorable event for your group – whether it’s a squash tournament or a fun social evening. We’ll create just the atmosphere you want – sporty, competitive, and lively!

This discount is valid only during staff working hours (which means it cannot be used during self-service hours). If courts are available, you can use them for solo practice at a 50% discount! Advance booking is not possible.

If you have already registered as a user in our booking system, you can make a prepayment to your virtual wallet to simplify future transactions. This prepayment can be used for future payments. If you deposit 250 euros or more, we’ll add an extra 10% on our part!

We are convinced that physical activity and sports of all kinds is the foundation of every person's well-being!

We are committed to promoting physical activity at all ages and at all levels.
We do our maximum to support all athletes on their journey in the world of squash – from amateur to elite.

This modern, all-access club has been created by four squash fans with more than 100 years of combined experience, with the aim of:

  • train professional squash players to bring Estonia the most wanted medals and trophies from around the world.
  • an increase in the number of squash players who are as big fans of the sport as we are.
  • combining sport and social interaction through club activities, because sport should be fun!

Squash - tactics, skills and endurance!

What is squash?

Squash is an exciting and fast racket game played on a special four-sided court.
It provides players with an intense physical and mental challenge, requiring quick movement, sharp reactions and clever strategy.
A game in which two players compete victoriously in a close battle, hitting a small rubber ball against the walls at lightning speed to outwit each other.

Everybody can play squash

No matter what level or age you are, squash is for everyone! It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced player, it’s always fun on the court and there are situations that make you and your opponent laugh together. Or you can share your impressions off the court with the group of people who come to play. The mental health effects of the game have also been studied, and it has been found that playing squash significantly reduces stress level. No matter what’s bothering you, there’s simply no time for anything else than the ball and friendly opponents on the court.

It's easy to get started

It doesn’t require much equipment and you can learn the basics quickly. However, it is relatively difficult to reach the top level in squash. As you increase your rank in the squash, the game will get faster. Those who have been in the game for a long time will recognise that it requires a real commitment on the part of the player to develop their speed, stamina, strength, flexibility and to actively work on their mental readiness to match it all. Combining and developing all of these elements at once makes reaching the top a challenge. Players who can do it, can safely be called the most capable and motivated athletes of all. Squash is a sport that all sports enthusiasts should try at least once or twice, even if they have no plans to take up the sport more seriously. Try it because it might just be the right combination of fun and sport and a healthy body and mind for you!

The healthiest sport

This is mainly because squash gives the whole body a very intense workout in a relatively short period of time, testing the player’s ability to control the racquet-ball and the player’s endurance in general.
Equally important is the player’s mental balance, because in addition to the enormous need to concentrate, it is also necessary to monitor the opponent’s next moves.
The game requires short fast sprints in many different directions interspersed with slower play, which develops the player’s balance and coordination to new levels.
It’s a very complex all-muscle workout where you burn more calories in 30 minutes than any other sport, and that’s why squash is considered one of the best sports to get or keep your body in athletic shape.

Squash is an Olympic sport! Los Angeles 2028

Through squash, athletically ambitious players can set their sights on one of the ultimate goals – an Olympic medal.
Squash was selected for the first time for the 2028 Olympics, which will increase the popularity of squash and the opportunities to play the sport at a professional level.
